A Fun Weekend

On friday we hang out with our Amigos Nielsens and Pincocks, after swimming we were eating the rain came pouring down and we had to run inside and finish eating in the business center (sorry no pictures)
We went to the Glen Echo Park on Saturday, We went to the play "You are a good man, Charlie Brown", I don't know who enjoy it the most Mia or myself, (FYI, Charlie Brown was my favorite cartoon growing up) I felt smart explaining and recalling the names to Stephen, who always fell sleep watching it. Mia liked Snoopy specially when he was dancing around.
After the show Mia and Grammy went on the carousel, they sure had fun there.
Mia and Papi went to the Spanish Ballroom to show some moves together.
Our fun wasn't over yet, after Mia's nap we went to Stephen's soccer game, we won 2-0, yeah! and then we enjoy free dinner at our apartment complex, Stephen and Mia couldn't resist jumping in the pool.

Swimming Day

We went to the pool today, that's the best thing to do for a almost 40 weeks pregnant woman, I didn't feel heavy and I was able to hold Mia for a long time.
Mia had fun splashing and pretending swimming, moving her arms and legs, she looks like a little turtle.
Stephen's mom is here, she loves to spend time with Mia and Mia loves her attention, Mia calls her Ammy, instead of Grammy.

Stephen's graduation!

After 4 years of dental school at Howard University (classes, tests, patients and national boards), Stephen is done, no more studding for tests or boards, He studied a lot that some times I felt like a single mom but it was worth it. Now he finishing with some requirements at school, seeing patients everyday and after he is done He'll be going to a GPR program in the NNMC (National Naval Medical Center) here in Bethesda Maryland where we currently live.
His family came from Utah for his graduation, we had a great time together, riding bikes around the National Mall, visiting Annapolis, eating out and spending time together.
We went to Stephen's graduation ceremony, we were so happy to see him walking in his graduation gown, our favorite part was going to the white coat ceremony where he got a dentist white coat with his name on it, he look like a real dentist. Good job Stephen! We are so proud of you!
